We have two 'Standard' PA set-up variations available per evening (subject to availability). Both are capable for audiences up to 300 people. Our customers are always happy to use either.

HK Audio Elements PA includes

• Complete PA and sound engineer with iPad mixing.

• Basic Lighting 

• 4 x Sennheiser wireless microphones

• 4 x DB Technologies floor monitors

• 4 x LD Systems in-ear monitors

• Variety of microphones to cater for most instruments

• Note - only 6 monitor outputs. So you should choose what combination of floor monitors/in-ears you want.

HK Audio Linear 5 PA includes

• Complete PA and sound engineer with iPad mixing.

• Basic Lighting (more advanced lighting available on request)

• 4 x Sennheiser wireless microphones

• 4 x LD System floor monitors

• 4 x LD Systems in-ear monitors

• Variety of microphones to cater for most instruments

• Note - only 6 monitor outputs. So you should choose what combination of floor monitors/in-ears you want.

Standard band set-ups 

Prices do not include travel fee of 45p per mile (Bookings near York will not be charged a travel fee)

• November to March (Friday/Saturday)- £260 per evening. Additional £175 for All Day PA requirements (such as dinner music and speeches at a wedding)

​

• November to March (Sunday -Thursday)- £220 per evening. Additional £150 for All Day PA requirements (such as dinner music and speeches at a wedding)

​

• April to October (Friday/Saturday) - £300 per evening. Additional £250 for All Day PA requirements (such as dinner music and speeches at a wedding)

​

• April to October (Sunday - Thursday) - £260 per evening. Additional £225 for All Day PA requirements (such as dinner music and speeches at a wedding)

Small-medium sized festivals for up to around 500-600 people. Prices will start at £800, and will require you to provide a suitable stage with cover from the british weather! Due to the amount of variables on these bookings. Please contact us directly with all the details.

Conferences

• Conferences have many variables and quotes can range from anywhere between £150 and £600. Our PA can be set up on poles around the room to provide an even sound coverage. This helps massively in spoken word applications ensuring the whole audience can hear, while looking neat and tidy. Plus the use of our wireless equipment will help your event run smoothly and professionally.

We are based in York, so any bookings within this area will not be charged a travel fee. Bookings of 3 or more hours away may include an accommodation fee (with a late finish).
